About the Depot
Gifted to Georgia College & State University in 1990 by the Southern Railway System, The Depot has served as the location of multiple GCSU departments over the years. These include the Student Wellness Center, the Transportation & Parking office, and currently home to Continuing & Professional Education and Communities in Schools Milledgeville-Baldwin County.

Reserving the Depot
Internal GCSU Requests
For internal GCSU groups, please email continuingeducation@gcsu.edu with the following information regarding your event. All reservations must be approved by CPE before you can request the space in 25Live.
- Name of the organization
- Name of the event
- Type of event (workshop, training, presentation, meal, etc)
- Date(s) of the event
- Start and end time of the event
- Estimated attendance
External Requests
All external group reservation requests must be reviewed and approved by Continuing & Professional Education . To complete the request to reserve The Depot, click the button below.

Parking
During the School Year
During the school year, you can utilize city parking and on-campus guest parking. To utilize on-campus guest parking, you must request a guest parking permit.
During School Breaks
During school breaks, parking is available in any campus parking lots with no permit needed. The recommended lots are Lot #43 (Depot South Lot) or Lot #02 (Depot West Lot).
